The Standard Livery given to the Locomotives of the Br 109 that were bought from the DB in the 1990's. They were given the Classification 'E11' and kept most of their Locomotive Signage of the DR, with a few Changes.

This was one of the Liveries given to the Newly obtained Br 143 Locomotives, they were Reclassified to E243 and kept their DR Locomotive Signs with some Minor changes.

In 1995, the Städtische Nachtlinie GmBH bought the Westländische Regionalbahn and Started regional Services within the Western German Regions, A Few Ex-DR 243 Locomotives were Repainted into this Colour scheme for Locomotive Hauled Regional Train Service

The Company decided to Expand their Bussiness into Normal Long Distance trains, as such a few E243 Locomotives were given a new Livery to Celebrate the Create of the 'Fernzug Dienst' Branch
